Akinity standard

akinity.org intends for its Akinity system to eventually become an internet standard.

To this end, akinity.org plans to submit the specification of Akinity to standards bodies, just as soon as the specification and implementations of it become adequately stable.

It will then use this document to detail the progress of its standards certification applications.

Standards bodies

akinity.org has selected IETF as the appropriate organisation to review the Akinity system. While IANA would review Akinity's use of the application/x-cTag media type.

Use of other technologies

Many different technologies are used in this web site and in the reference implementation of Akinity. It is believed that these technologies were used according to their designers' specification. If that is not actually the case, akinity.org would appreciate your feedback.
